The Consumer Advisory Board (CAB) is comprised of engaged enrollees, family members and other caregivers that reflect the diversity of MCCN’s population. The purpose of the Board is to advise and provide MCCN’s leadership with regular feedback on issues of contract management and the provision of long term services and supports. CAB feedback is summarized and incorporated into the annual report which is presented to the governing body at the end of each calendar year. CAB meets on a quarterly basis either virtually or in-person.
